Spindles are loose?

I think you are in dire need of bushings.
 
I had the same problem. Installed oilite a arm bushings kit from ulmer racing and now everything is super tight. These are a great alternative to the stock bushings.

Yup, classic sign of worn bushings. Get a set of Ulmer Racing's oilite bushings or a set of Pioneer Performance's nylatron ones.
 
Same thing here. Ulmers kit was much better IMO

No they shouldn't...darting cause perhaps?
 
I have the same thing loose spindles, just looked at Ulmers site and says out of stock???? Any other after market ones out there that are any good?

I know you mentioned 2 sets, but which one would you recommend? Because yes the Ulmer ones are out of stock

I would call Allen to verify this. About two weeks ago I noticed they were listed as out of stock. When I called he had them and sent them out the next day!

yes all 4s yam sleds, even the new ones still come with the plastic crap
