Surprised to hear that, is there not 2 carbides per ski like the Kimpex Arrows or the Pilots, what were the conditons like?

I would guess since the carbes are outward of the center further than the arrows, more like the simmons they would act a little funny on icy conditions that are uneven like plowed roades. On snow, I would be surprised if they darted at all as long as carbide pressure is equal or biased to the back.
send me a set for free and I will try them out.
ok, I will pay shipping

I have tried these skis out, on Rob Wrightmans sleds...2010 Nytro...they work very well...I too am surprised that you are getting any darting. I drove all of the sleds with them ( XP, Rush and Nytro ) and had no darting on any of them. They are a great ski, plenty of bite. Just curious...when did you notice the darting..low speed, decelarating, at speed and what kind of conditions? They look great on your sled btw...huge bling factor!

shaddow how much drag with 4 carbides? Top end speed lost?

I believe they had 6" on when we tested them...didn't really do much top end running, just went across one lake and we weren't really pinning it...didn't really notice any drag at all with them at all. They felt like any other ski except no darting and great bite on the corners. I doubt they would cause any top end loss.
