spring order is in

No problem brother......Incredible how early you got your sled. That sure looks good, I was so so close to getting this same sled this year. I'll be back on another turbo soon though ;)

If you want anymore pics posted just email me them anytime and I'll stick them here for ya.

Dan

Another turbo soon??? Did you sell your 50th anniversary Dan??? Say it isn’t so...that’s a rare sled cuz it’s the 50th...and it’s a 129 as well...both are not made anymore.

I love my 50th...thinking very seriously about a TAPP Primary and a Pro 4 Secondary for this year..then she’ll be complete!

Great looking 2020 Winder guys....I do like the light blue and dark blue together, real nice combo!

The 137’s didn’t used to have the two middle idler wheels like they do in that picture (they only use to have one..129’s had the two middle idler wheels), perhaps that’s what’s making that area look a little different????

Or not lol...
I’m not really sure what your commenting on. Yamaha got away from the tri hub set up in the rear and went to a traditional bogey wheel set up on the rear axle thank Christ. Lol

Wait till you actually see one in person. Pictures do it no justice. And on snow it’s gonna really pop. Really really nice machine.

Oh, I’m not talking about the rear bogies/or Tri-hub; I was talking about the two idlers up on the outside middle of the rails. The 137’s didn’t have that before...maybe that’s what looked different to you now?? That’s what I was meaning.

The pre 19 had 4 idlers up front but they where inside the rails, 19 moved them outside. Much easier to adjust a resivoir shock they don't offer anymore!

Exactly!

The 17 and 18’s in the 129 track length had the two wheels on the outside up front..but the 137’s as you stated didn’t have them on the outside until 19.

lol and yes, no more kashima reservoir shock...

Congrats on your new whip!

Make sure you don’t put anything other than toilet paper and an extra pair of socks in your tunnel bag or it will cave in and your brand new sled will look like a dogs breakfast. Ask me how I know!!

To my knowledge, and based on how few posts there are here about the kind of damage Powder Falcon has, that is not a widespread problem. It can likely be attributed to contents bouncing in the back while riding. There are several rack options that would prevent this. I have had a complete socket and wrench set, the factory tools, plus a bone saw among other things in the factory tunnel bag for every mile with no damage. All my luggage and RotoPax gas can ride on an Up North Pro Series rack between the factory bag and taillight.

So having stuff in your tunnel bag made the tunnel it’s self collapse ? That seems very odd. I ride with vipers and xf7000’s and they all carry beverages in the tunnel bag and have never had an issue. Did or is Yamaha going to fix that or is it off warranty.

Hindsight, I wish I had some sort of rack so this wouldn’t have happened. Nothing out of the ordinary in my tunnel back. 4 day trip in Quebec. Few extra tools as I was still trying to figure out the clutching in my belt blower!!

Not covered by warranty

Use the Linq bag for heavier items as Linq system loads the edges only. Soft bags like stock Cat/Yam bags will load in center and do not spread weight like Linq does. I only carry belt and few small very light items only in that stock bag, all the heavy stuff goes into Linq bag then.
