Squeaky front end 04 Warrior

i just ordered a whole set of iner and outer bushings for mine, there all toast, at 13, 000 K. they were 80 bucks for both sides. anyone have anymore details on how to remove the bolts from the bulk head??

when we did mine i had to pull the nose cone off so we had enough room to work. the rear lowers are a pain to get in, we pulled them in with a bolt. soo worth it though for a tight front end. i only got 5000km on the stock plastic bushings.

The A-Arm bolts should be floating (i.e. they should not be tight on the bulkhead.) The threads on the bolts stop the nut short of tightening on the bulkhead.

To tighten the A-Arms up (i.e. keep them from sliding back and forth on the bolts), you can take your old Cupped Nylon Washers and remove the lips to make them flat washers. Then thin them down using sandpaper to the thickness you need to take up the gap between the new cupped washers and the new bushings.

I hope the new Bushing kits come with the Cupped Nylon Washers. Otherwise, you are in for a trip to the dealer. Or maybe the newer sleds do use them anymore?
