I have a 2011 apex se and I've cleaned the belt, cleaned the clutches , and still have a squealing /chripping noise on acceleration regardless of weather I come on to it light or hard I've got less than 2000 miles on it and no abuse ever. Any ideas ?

have you tried a new belt?

No I've not tried a new belt , I could be wrong but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the belt , like I said I've cleaned it with a scotch brite pad and brake cleaner and the clutches as well , the deflection is also within spec , baffled at this point

Clutch trouble 101, always try a new belt. Belts can have problems you cant see. have you cheched the clutch alignment? center to center? Has it always done this, or did it just start?

Ya, I had that same noise the other day when I jumped on the sled before putting my laundry away, lmao!!!!
All kidding aside, does your secondary clutch move freely? Should be able to slide it back & forth on the shaft, I forget the spec but around a 1/16 inch or so?

Is the spring in the secondary set correctly? I think that it's supposed to be set in holes 6 & 1, but check your manual to be sure. Also make sure that you are preloading the spring in the proper direction.

Then how are you cleaning your clutches? If you are just opening up the sheaves and wiping the inner sheave surfaces, then you may just have pushed some dirt down in between the sheaves, which can cause the current issue you have.
Dirt, grime, belt residue can gum up the smooth operation of the sheaves opening and closing. Take it apart and inspect the clutch buttons while you're there, set the clutch spring back to stock and then take it from there.
