Hello all,
I searched all over on this site and couldn't find anything with the same issue. I lost both my thumb warmer and the hand warmer on the same side at the same time. Although I suppose anything is possible, I find it hard to believe that both individual elements went out at the same time. Feels to me like its more likely to be a wire harness issue but wanted to see if anyone has run into this before or has any ideas of how to test for it. Don't see any damage to the "Y" harness that comes off the bars but didn't take everything apart yet to look. Wanted to get some ideas first before I get too far or spend too much money replacing items that are not bad. The left or brake side warmer works fine still.

Check fuses, then after that just check for voltage at the plug before the grips.
