2007 attak, 18,000 kms, great machine. went to start it to pull off the trailer for summer & starter just winds.... no engagement to roll motor over. lots a battery, engine light on but i believe that comes on when starting.
i assume it is starter motor (bendix) or somthing. justy wondering if anyone else has had this happen ? at least i am not on the trail !

yami synthetic for four strokes. when the machine was last used i did a 1800 mile trip & parked it. 3/4 way thru trip oil lite came on, it was low. topped up & never a problem again. need to check oil level tonight.
