Don't mean tobe an #*$&@ hole but the first thing you should do is make a call to dealer before you make a post about it on here !
Sounds like the starter relay stuck , this happened on my nytro as well and I didn't know and burnt out the starter , so I guess what I'm saying is it's just not the viper that does this
Again make a call to the dealer in the morning !
Yes god forbid he tell the truth..
I read that a little different than you did but in text things sometimes are hard to read intent. I read that to say contact your dealer and see if this is a known issue (as this one is) from the Nytro.... or the Cat and learn what it is before bashing in an open forum. Some of us with the Viper are getting very tired of hearing how bad this sled is when it is not.
So, you can read the threads about hard hot starting or go to other boards and read of brand new engines exploding. Or clutches (ski doo) on new sleds already on warranty. And loose hose clamps threads....you did know that the dealer has a PDI check list where that is suppsed to be checked? And didn't you sign this same sheet as I did? My dealer DID check everything on the list as I stood around and watched most of it.
But anyways, like I said some of us are getting tired of reading the sky is falling. Truth is good, misrepresenting the truth is not ...to me anyways. By that I mean a post that implies all our Vipers are going to have this issue is misreprenting the truth in my opinion.
