My top steering bushing is loose needs replacing. Any usgestions and should I just change the one or do them all? Which kit is best (oillite?) and which is the best way to do this? Replace all bushings or just the main ones? Thanks.

i had to do mine this season the top one on the steering post isn't too bad but you do have to take the seat off so you can push the gas tank back to have enough room to squeeze them in and out. I changed the other one by the oil tank also that one was more of a pain as you have very little room to slide it out. the top one is the main culprit though

I just did mine this season with oem and they're loose again already. I would go with the oft . Pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I ordered a set I didnt need so I can sell it. I have these on my nytro. As long as you follow intructions they are great. $35.oo shipped for one set anyway.
.

the oft or bushings that you have for $35.00?

For a 2006-2010 Apex you'll need 3 sets like OFT say in their description. I swapped out mine along with the oilite front end bushing kit and sled felt like new again with 99% of the slop gone. Not sure which one helped the most though.

There's one down by the oil tank and the other 2 are on the main steering shaft going down from the bars. The proper name escapes me at the moment...
