Stiff and Squeaky steering on 06 Attak

Can anyone advise what needs to be lubed to correct steering issues? Ski spindles and tie rod ends are lubed. Any recommendations are always appreciated.

Steering bushing behind the chaincase.

My 06 the bushing had to be replaced after 4000 miles.

what do you have to take apart to get to? can you reach when taken apart for oil filter change?
