I think you need to keep things in perspective. There are thousands of these sleds out there and I'm sure at least hundreds of people have them and are out riding them blissfully ignorant of all the chatter on this forum and other internet sources. I think some of us forum guys are probably hyper sensitive to any reported issues. And also because a lot of us are more technical in nature and used to working on and modding sleds we are more detail oriented and therefore more critical of every little thing.
Going to start riding mine tomorrow and am hoping for a good long weekend with no major hiccups.
I just try to remember back in the day when my grandpa had old johnsons and ski-doos and for every couple hours riding it was about a day of wrenching. All sleds have come a long way since then.
