I need to get a set of new carbides for my sled. I am going on a snowmobile vacation this week and I want to bring a spare set because my originals are about 50%. My dealer has the stock GYTR carbides, woodies singles and Roetien in stock 4 and 6 inch. Which ones do you guys think I should buy? which size? I have always like the woodies dually personally. I am not running studs and I am running stock skis. I do not want to change the skis just yet. Thanks

the original carbides are junk. I was riding in low snow conditions but with 400 miles on the sled the carbides were completely gone. I bought woody's 4 in. for now cause I'm not studded yet and they seem to work good. will probably go with 6 in. stud boy sharpers when it gets studded.

thanks fc-treme. I think the same about the stockers. I was looking online, I might buy the shapers by stud boy at 4.5, I think 6" is to much for no studs. Any input from anyone is appreciated.

if you do alot of trail riding,i would go with the doolies, they eliminate alot of darting that can be annoying on a long day,you do sacrafice some steering but i think its worth it,here, its mostly long stretches with minimal twistys so ideal for that

yes they do. They are the same as all 06-07 apex nytro sleds.
