I had my first offical ride last night to really put the new Nytro through its paces. I love this sled, but I think some studs are needed to help bring the #*$&@ end under control. For those of you that have studded your tracks, how many did you use and what length????

Take a few minutes and breeze through the other threads and you will see a number of them related to studs......

Me....144 up the middle.

96 in the middle, 1.375 lenght. Works like a charm and brings it right under control.

That is what I have been thinking. But I am a little hesitant because I am concerned it may create a big push. How is your handling? What skis? What carbide? Any other changes? Rode from Parish to Flat Rock last night...Trails were beautiful!

It's for me the best compromise. Extra traction but not enough to make it push. I have Slydog trail ski's with 6 inch carbide. Made my own very simple pattern.
