 Wicked pissah!! sorry Mass. lingo. update.... Ins Co. called me this afternoon, they released a check in my behalf for $1,100 for my damages ;)! Dealer is removing the skid and driveshaft, i'm bringing sled to be tig welded, then back to dealer to have them put back together. the 1.325's will be in my track when all is said and done. I'm probably looking at $700 total w/ new bearings and fluids so maybe a little extra $ in hand for trip to Maine like we hoped for MLK week?

Are you sure there was any protection in the first place? I say this because a dealer once installed studs but not the protector. Two seasons later I poked a hole. He said I didn't 'request' the $60 plate.

Good point! Never heard of a plate for the front exchanger, but it has me thinking :drink: Dealer did not install my studs I did , went with manu. recomendations 3 yrs ago. Update..... 1.325 studs would NOt come out of old track no matter what we tried, maybe 2 out of 10 :o| returning track to dealer, maybe rethinking keeping mt original 1.450's? calling Mack studs Monday to check price of new studs only, already have backers, nuts and spacers. Doug
