Sub frame , does it affect all year nytros, or just 2008 ?
If the shocks aren't centered, my understanding is it is bent. What will this do to the sleds handling ?
What happens if I don't repair it ?

happens to all years, and yes, if your shock isn't centered chances are you have a bent subframe. Many people don't realize theirs are bent right away as the sled usually handles just fine. Many people also leave it for long periods until the shock starts hitting the a-arm or they feel like fixing it.

Just so you know not all shocks are perfectly centered even when sled is brand new. I wouldn't worry to much if its 1/4" or less than the other side.

My shocks are not centered, been that way for thousands of miles. Sled handles great. If you can't see any buckling or bending in the a arm mounts or sub frame itself I wouldn't worry about it. That's my $0.02 after almost 2 seasons running mine this way.

mine was bent to the point the springs on the shocks were touching the upper rear bar of the upper a-arm. I put a long (6ft) pry bar between the back of the upper ball joint and the front of the lower control arm and bent it back. It stayed that way for a couple thousand miles until I had a hard landing. Just had to do the same thing to bend it back again and all has been good this season. At some point when I get enough time I am going to do the sub frame gusset kit though. You can only bend it out of shape and then bend it back again before you start to fatigue the welds and tubing beyond repair.
