Hey guys,
I am swapping out the subframe on my 07 phazer fx. I was going to follow cannondales oil change thread for removal instructions and then transfer the old parts onto the new "to me" subfame and bolt it back on. For those of you who have done this sort of thing before any suggstions, tips, tricks, recomendations would be appreciated as this is new territory for me.

It's pretty much as @cannondale27 described. Something you might consider is to weld the A-arm nuts to the frame if you have a welder and are so inclined. Makes installing/removing them a godsend.

Been there done that. I found it easier to access the lower A arm bolt/nut by removing the steering are boots. If I remember right that A arm bolts/nuts were the only thing that was a little hard to deal with for a subframe swap? G.B.
