Hauled the sleds to Hayward, WI yesterday for a shakedown / break-in ride with the new sleds. All went well with no issues. My sled with the MPI kit is awesome, a real grin-prodducing machine. Trails were a little rough / bumpy, so I did't get to really open it up, but it pulls hard. Really nice.

When unloading the sleds from the trailer today, we noticed that if we push down on the rear tunnel, compressing the suspension, it really doesn't rebound. Wife's sled is set on 1 and mine is on 2. Both responded the same way. I was in a rush to leave the shed, so I didn't investigate further, but shouldn't there be some sort of rebound? I could pull the tunnel up with little effort and it would stay there.

What do you think?

Yep, concrete floor in the shed.

I would guess not enough preload on the spring.
