08 Yamaha Nytro Supercharged stretched to 136"

I have an 08 Nytro with a MPI 180 supercharger, sled has been running great and hasn't missed a step in 1600 miles since I put the charger on. I was checking over it today and noticed my crank case breather is sucking air and not blowing air out. What could this mean?

wr420 - As long as it's not push out oil or oil mist I would not worry about the sucking.
