I have one tungsten and two washers in the toe
I have 4 washers in the mid.
two washer in the heel
When I take off it flash 10,500 and pulls down to 9500 right away.
What changes would I need to make to keep me a 10,500?
Thinking I need
6 washers in the toe
2 in the mid.
2 in the heel.
Does this sould right.
thanks for the help.

What pulleys ???

pullies are standard. 24-26
Load the weight from heal (pin) to toe (tip)
Try this to start:
Heal 14g (one 7 gram tungsten each side)
middle 4g (two 1 gram washers both sides)
Tip 4g (two 1 gram washers both sides)
Add or remove weight from the tip/mid to adjust to your preference.
Less weight in the tip equals more rpm and improved backshift for the mountain types.
EDIT:
