I took the stock suspension out to up-date the bearings, add a set of front wheels, and just do general inspection and pull the limiters in.
What's the trick to getting it back in?
We spent hours getting the front bolts in, 3-4 more getting the center bolts in. Will attempt to get the rear bolts in tomorrow night.
I must be doing something wrong. It can't be that hard normally.
I'm used to Ski-Doos and Polaris.

Loosen the bolts in the end of the transfer rods, then it will line up better.

You need to take out the 14mm bolts on the bottom of the transfer rods. This will allow you to allign with you holes much easier. Without removing those bolts, its an asbolute bear getting that suspension back in. Good Luck...BBY

Put in front bolts first, then rear, then the 6 middle ones.
