I received an email from Rob himself.

My question:
"I recently installed your skid relocate kit on my nytro rtx. I now have limited weight transfer now, what do you recommend in order to help with this issue."

His reply:
"Yes, this is normal because your suspension is now farther back from the center of gravity of your snowmobile.
The best thing is to get a 2004 Rx1 Warrior or a Phazer RTX spring for front track shock, (this spring is stiffer than stock). There is also a Ski-Doo spring part # 503 192 064 that is close perfect for the job.
Put a good load of preload on the front spring to balance the sled. Make the rebound damping stiffer on the center shock to match a stronger spring. Limiter straps should be used to control excess of transfer on acceleration.
If using the stock spring set it to full preload. You can even consider adding a 1/2 inch spacer to put more preload on it.
Removing transfer block will allow a greater amount of transfer, but won’t give you any help to make it transfer. You won’t see improvement without the blocks. Keep in mind that the cornering will also improve with the stiffer spring."

So my question is what affects will I see by adjusting my front skid shock to full preload? Everyone always says on a Nytro to adjust shock to no preload on the spring. Right now I only have about 4 threads showing.

I have the Star Kit with 128" track. I ddi not replace spring but did have Pioneer revolve the shock with Star kit in mind and it rides perfect! Bruce is excellent! I get plenty of transfer but not too much. I can still get the skis off the ground with ease.
