sway bar?

bigger bar

it is most deffently worth changeing to a larger bar on an 03 . i went that route and did the 2.3 front springs as well as the 12 mm bar. this made a big differnce. ;)!

Went with the 2.3 front springs and 13mm bar from pioneer and like john says big difference!!!

Except that the links are too short, the bushings are too thick, and the links can't fit on the bar because the bar end is too thick. The 12mm bar that YOU bought is no longer available since the links are obsolete, AND, since the bar is thicker than the ends, that bar has a high tendency to lose its ends.

To put a big bar on an 03 requires that the links and bushings be upgraded to 04+.

If you want some thing real heavy we make a sway bar kit with 3/4" o.d. with .049 or .065 wall, it comes with mounting kit.

saway bar

i never had to change any bushing on any of the 03 that i change bars on . due to the 03 and others that i have seen are the same diameter at the bushing. i have yet to se a bar that was 10 or11 mm stright across they have a step down to this diameter once past the bushing. and the 03 bar allso has a funny little step down to the out side spline ie two differnt sizes of splines on one shaft and the stock links are shorter so you will need new links to up grade the 03 s.

On my 03 I went with the 13mm bar with the thin bushings from a 04 and 75mm endlinks. Works great, spectatular actually. The GYTR clicker shocks rule the world too. I love the front suspension now. (its all apex)

I bought a Nytro so I'm selling my 13mm bar off my Attack, its was used one season, im in Ontario and travel to Toronto often...make me an offer

daranello, want to save some shipping? i am looking for one for my 05 rxwar if he does not want it.
