Was riding yesterday with a group and had issues with tail light icing over. I tried to clear it off but it's no use. It keeps icing up. The person behind me said something about it so I think it is a safety issue.
Anybody else experience this or have a fix?

well the led light generates very little heat.
i would try pam cooking spray on it or snow shooter (snowblower anti sick) and see if that helps.

Search here, it is a known issue. Lots of snow dust and no heat to melt it...Was riding yesterday with a group and had issues with tail light icing over. I tried to clear it off but it's no use. It keeps icing up. The person behind me said something about it so I think it is a safety issue.

my xtx used to ice over all the time i moved it towards front of seat closer to exhaust and it is better there but, i think that's where where the short track is mounted.
