Taller Windshield??

I got the extra tall but its a little too tall for normal riding. I use mine when its crappy and cold on moose hunts here in Alaska. If you want something for normal everyday stuff, get the mid-height. Besides, I catch enough crap for having the tall one for both of us!

Mid height is best

I would also suggest the mid height...here's why...

My dad INSISTED on having the xtra tall windshield...he put it on and it lasted less than 1 trip out...My Brogher put the sled into a tight boondock and ended up with the sled on it's side. The windshield was so big and wide that it ended up breaking the PLASTIC screws off of the support braces and from the headlight pod.....ALSO...the taller shield made the snow that went over his hood hit him right in the chops and stuffed his neak full of snow all day long...

I looked at the attack shield as a mid height shield...but wasn't sure if it would fit the apex mtn headlight pod....

He has since given up on the taller shield and we just went with hand deflectors that mount on the lower part of the handle bar....We'll see how they work this next season...

I put a tall one on mine since I broke the one that come on it the tall one is so ugly but does keep the wind out of my face
