Want to make use of a Ski-Doo Clutch on your Yamaha Cat or Polaris.

Tap has these new taper adapters, just loctite in to the clutch and torque it down.

My 800 summit clutches runs so much hotter than my yam clutch...


and straps don't last nearly as long as on my yamaha.....

NO Offset is the same. you might have to machine the starter ring gear bosses off the back of the TRA though.

I really wanted to run a TRA on the car and had planned to build a new stub shaft to accept the larger taper. Other issues kept me busy, so I never got to it. We run a 6 post Micro Belmont now, but I still wonder what a TRA would have worked like. In my opinion they clamp the belt better that any OEM clutch. When you find a ramp profile you like (which is very easy), you can juggle pin weight with set screws or bolts instead of buying a new set of weights each time you need more or less weight. There are 6 clicker positions to change ramp angle in the field. There is a great selection of springs available from Skidoo too. Even have one on my Polaris, and they are without a doubt my favorite clutch. One of the most adjustable drive clutches out there. Are the adapters on your web site yet Ted? Good Job

Well seems you guys like those TRA pulleys.

I got two used TRA3 pulleys in my garage, I will sell them for 150$ each. (no spring, no ramps, no rollers)
