Timebomb I did some trading with Aaron Excell before the kit was ready, I had something he wanted 8)
Beast, it's not a valve but a T; aluminum pipe with an adapter welded on where you can screw in the sending unit.

Just a thought, take a small piece of clear hose that will fit inline just for a test, silicone a piece of dark fish line or something like it to the inside wall of the hose and fire the motor, which ever way the line goes is your flow.

A few guys PM'ed me asking if the bracket was painted; No it's polished to a mirror finish. If you look close to the 1st pic you can see my reflection as I took the pic

Like the install Mighty. Now a couple of questios. What is normal operating temp? And what temp. does the "horrible" yellow light come on at?

Mother nature isn't helping out with snow so I was only able to ride around for a short while last weekend but temps were holding at 180. I let her idle for an extended time in an attempt to see what temp triggered the light. No go, she rose to about 200 and stayed, no light. I did notice that the fan was triggered at about 190-195.fatchance said:Like the install Mighty. Now a couple of questios. What is normal operating temp? Got a reply from NY Warrior and says the light comes on at 210 with his warrior. I just wonder if we are doing alot of worrying about the running temps for nothing. It's such a small temp window. Usually I can get enough snow on the side of the trail with one blurp of the throttle to get the light to go off. I still like the install though it looks trick.
