Just got the sled back from dealer. Er-1 code, the sled died if it moved in reverse. Would run a little forward then died. The drive axle bearing took out the speedo sensor. Warranty fixed that, plus 2 Y pipes. 7 hrs of labor and over $800 in parts. I would have to say the warranty was the best $430 spent. I had 4400 mi. Seems like clock work with the exhaust and bearing. One of the warning signs was a dramatic loss of top end. 105 was the best I saw the day the bearing went out.

I think the Y.E.S. plan is the best in the business. These sleds are wayyyyy too expensive to fix on the common man's wallet!! Wig

If you don't clean/regrease the drive axle bearing after the season, it will be toast in the fall. The moisture sits in there all summer long and rust forms. You may make it a ride or two then, toast. For some reason they can't/won't change the design and improve the life cycle.
