What do they have for snow now? Are they forecasted to get any in the near future?

We're going to need so SERIOUS help from Mother Nature to even get it in by then.......nothing significant in the forecast that I can see.....we have to hope for some "help".......

Thanks for posting, Tom! That's all you can do for now.

Hopefully things will shape up soon! ;)!

Might just have to have an extended version of a TY ride when conditions permit! I'm up for riding for 5-6 days!

Problem is that is all significantly west of town.......still got to get there somehow.......our forecast calls for 1 to 2 tomorrow and 1 to 2 tomorrow night.......hey, every little bit helps, eh?

Well they upped our forecast for rest of day and tonight......now say 2 to 4" today and 2 to 3" more tonight........c'mon, be wrong.....but on the LOW side.....

:letsnow:Came thru munising this morning on the way home from houghton Hancock. It was snowing hard but only a few inches on the ground and there is still a lot of standing water not frozen yet. It sure looked like a ghost town compared to this time last year.

We got enough snow last week that I could try the Warrior out Saturday to make sure all the work I did is all okay. We got about 6". We would've had close to a foot if it was all snow instead of a rain/snow mix. It might get down to 0 tonight with a high around 15 so maybe winter is finally coming. We still need a lot more before we can hit the trail, but at least its a start !!

Although I've been to Munising dozens of times, I've never really paid attention to how much of an actual base is on the trails on average? Will they wait to open them until there's a certain amount, ? I'm usually an off trail rider anyways, so it's not going to work for that for a while..
