I thought I had seen a post a year ago regarding these 3 rivers. I searched and could not find it again.
They always look dirty, from what I dunno. The paint cracked on them with barely 1500 kms on sled. Should I be concerned? They look tight. Could I replace with stainless bolts perhaps?

Replace them or tighten them up some.
Bucking bar (chunk of metal) and hammer one can squish them tighter...
