Thinking of getting a Warrior ( ATTAK in US) for my daily ride. The old max-4 has no over 10 000 km´s on it. Not that it is lacking any power. Still the Genesis 150 enginened sleds have to run flat out to catch me on the lake / river. And most of the time they don´t catch me at all. But I need a ride for my work / freetime that has decent mileage, easy to run etc. Old 4 is really like the 70´s musclecars, nice to own and ride in sunny sundays...
Anyway, help a man out. I know about the bushings getting wornout in the A-arms after few thousand km´s, exhaust donuts leaking, slide wear. Anything else I should know? I would use the sled mainly in hardpack / winterroads and occasional ride offtrail. It needs better track for the deep, but I´ll probably change it anyway after a season, so that is no biggie.

Ike, not everyone has the problems mentioned on this site with their Attaks. I have not had any doughnut or bushing issues on either of my Attaks and they both have over 8000 kms.
You said you are running hardpack and winter roads. The hyfax will wear quite quickly in those conditions so I would consider installing a extra wheel kit or going with the larger boggie wheels in the rear. You may need to install a rear heat exchanger unless you frequently dive off into the snow.
