This years Upgrades

The work on the sled has started. So far I have strengthened my subframe with grizz's gussets. A-arms & bumpers all powder coated. All new ball joints and bushings. Also new solid state relays. Things to do still are put bigger idler wheels on along with new hyfax. I will be doing some clutch work/cleaning. I will be getting some ice scratchers for my skis and a mountiantech skid plate. I'm sure I will find more things to do as I keep going along.

Mine looked like that back in June, just got it back together mid August. Powder coated a arms black, new a arm bushings, changed skis, overhaul PTO bearing and rebuilt the skid.

This 30 degree weather can go and bring on the cold.

Well I got the sled back together last night. Now time to move to the skid. I found out that my sled sags quite a bit with no weight on it so I have some heavy apex springs coming to get that sucker back up. I still need to get my slides on and my bigger idler wheels. I also got my new viper snow flap mounted up last night and I think it looks sick on there. I managed to get my full mountain tech skid plate on last night too ($40 find at haydays). Sled is coming around and I can't wait for the snow to start flying.
