Those who have riden GT, Are the shocks too stiff?

My dealer told me yesterday that at the Soo dealer ride the GT rear shock was broken so he didn't get to ride one. If the proto breaks will the production shock break too? He loved the RTX. So it looks like I will snow check a RTX. He loved the FOX front shocks. I hope my girl friend doesnt read this.

I too have changed my mind after a lengthy discussion with a Yamaha engineer at the Ypsy show. He thought all the guys that tested the sleds loved the Fox shocks. He also said that any issues cat had with them leaking will not be a problem with the ones they buy because fox has made some internal changes to the shock at Yamaha's request. I asked about how stiff they ride and he said they can be as stiff or soft as you want, just vari the air pressure :ORC
