- 2009 Yamaha Nytro
I have a 2009 FX Nytro. I was wondering how to go about swapping out the throttle cable? The factory one came apart on top of the 90 degree bend. it could be slid back in but would come out again while riding and set off a code and made the machine go into a limp mode. I have off all the shrouds and moved the gas tank back. My problem is i'm new to the game and don't want to disassemble more then I have to. Thanks for the help in advance!
Hardest part is going to be getting at the mount at throttlebodies where it screws in. Only tip I can give you is try running the new one alongside old before removal so you know it’s routed correctly.
