Thank you Tim, I just talked to him today also
Said he talked to you
He's a great guy, not just a good sponsor......but even if he didn't have his business, he wouldn't change how nice of a guy he is.

Ordered this kit today. Lonn is a good guy to talk to and even ask for rider weight to help get the clutching better.

I've run both setups and prefer this kit to COTC. Better throttle response due to lighter more aggressive weight profile and easier adjustment.X2!!

I see Shagman already posted his findings and here is mine:
1- The Thunder Products Heavy Hitter weights are very easy to tune for any application and come with all the hardware.
2- Thunder Products kit has an even more low engagement than the COTC and all others, which really is nice for loading on a trailer, crossing a road, pulling up to the gas pump and when there is a lot of snow, the sled will crawl right up on top of the snow instead of engaging the track, spinning and making a hole. Also with the low engagement comes traction right out of the gate (not like dumping the clutch on a stick shift car in the rain where it just spins). Much easier on body muscles....LOL
3- Great pull from bottom to top just like the COTC kit which Stingray steered both myself and Shagman to try and with a little work, we did come up with a great COTC kit, but the Big Venom kit uses less parts you have to purchase and last year on the snow I was able to get more mph numbers over the COTC kit. So with that you will get very low engagement (very important to most), you will have that great pull from bottom to top and use less throttle when cruising which adds more mpg on fill-ups.
4-The Big Venom kit uses a different secondary spring so you will not get the coil bind like the pink spring (stock). The COTC kit uses the pink spring so we were mentioning that the secondary would need to be machined for clearance with the binding issue.....that is not needed with the Big Venom Kit.
I'm not dogging the COTC kit at all, it is a great kit that I, along with Stingray and Shagman perfected and have had very good luck with. But with the less parts, easier adjustability, not having to machine the secondary, much lower engagement and the same great pull with just a little more mph on top end....it's why I am running his kit now.

Also....wondering what this kit is like to install????
I am not familiar with clutch work but can wrench around the garage no problem.
Do you need any special tools or pullers?

I machined my secondary spring pocket for coil bind, will that be an issue with the Big Venom secondary spring?
