Long shot- have you removed turbo shield as there are washers under each heat shield bolt hole which I found weren't replaced after first service. They just quietly stick to shield and fall off or just slide off when shield is removed. I stick rubber coated wire in each thread hole to align all washers and remove one at a time to install bolts when installing heat shield.
I’ll check, I did change muffler bolts, so I will look

Change that valve it could separate if not fastened and oil leak onto the muffler/ shield, possibly resulting in a fire.

As biffdotorg said those are washers from powersport battery,I have some that came with a battery was going to send a pic but still trying to figure out how to resize

They look like washers placed on helix bolts to prevent secondary spring bind? Or possible washers from heavy hitter weights? Guys were putting washers under helix to create more space for spring. Usually three of them though in either scenario I mentioned.
