I've been having a problem of (similar to the choke being on) when ditch banging in powder and snow getting on the carbs.It got really bad yesterday to the point it barely ran,when I came home there was a cup of gas in my intercooler.Maybe carb choke plungers freezing or what?Gonna try cover hood vent holes over carbs for next ride and see if thats my problem.

Ken, you have got a lot of nerve complaining about all your powder mucking up your carbs while the rest of us are sitting here with our thumbs up, you know where, looking at green lawns. I only wished I had your problem. Have fun. Send some our way, we need it bad.

mine doesnt get gas in different spots, but it does bog the sled down like the choke is on. When im in deep snow and the powder goes up over the hood it seems like about 10 mins later i try again and its bogging down on me as if the choke was on.
KMER helped me a lot. he told me to take off the airbox, open up the filter and make sure no ice is on the filter. Sure enough today ice was on the filter and i melted it off then dried it. Sled is running great.
