2006 Attak with 400 miles. When I received it from the dealer it was pretty much toe out of 0 so I adjusted to 1/4 toe out. After 200 miles or so I checked it and it was 1/2 inch toe in! So, I adjusted again. Today I checked it and it was almost 1 inch toe in! The tie rods were torqued to spec and loctite applied each time. Also, each time the right ski was the one that was off. Is there something else I should check? Would occasional trail bumps and hits cause this? It should not be this easy to knock it out of spec.

I'm having the same problem myself, after trying to dial in my new slydogs. For the heck of it I jacked my sled off the floor and discovered my A-Arm bushings are all loose. Mines going back to the dealer to have the worn out bushing replaced. I strongly feel this has something to do with the problem at hand.

How are you checking your toe-in/toe-out? It's imperative to make sure you have the sled at the same bumper height consistantly when checking the toe-in/toe-out. Different bumper heights will affect your measurements.
