So in break in period, the girlfriend and I hit 148km/hr riding together across a lake. Went out the other day with my buddy after my first oil change and could only get 133km/hr by myself. Snow was loose and base was soft and i could feel the drag. I put in 3.5L of oil and it’s within range on the dipstick, so I don’t think it would be an oil issue...Crossing the lake it was more of a hardpack base which is why I went faster (148) forsure, but 133?? I tried to go faster but just wouldn’t do it...any thoughts on this?

I had a feeling it was conditions, but just didn’t think it would be that much of a difference especially with one less person on the sled...

Yeah I was like 3.6L with oil filter. Same as my older 16’ ltx dx. I could do 99-100mph on that sled pretty much all of the time. I guess I just need better conditions...I really hope that’s all it is or I will be extremely disappointed lolMine took almost 4.1 litres of oil with a filter change.and as far as top speed sometimes mine struggles to hit 85 and some days it does 90 all day .I have hit 98 twice .totally stock 2016 Ltx se
