If you are interested in a 05 sled you should make this show. All 4 manufacturers are there and have all the 05 models in all the colours. Best of all it is free.

The hit of the show is the Mach Z with many guys able to lift the front all the way to their chests without any problems. one mean looking machine.

The Fushion display was nice with a half cut away on the entire sled so you could see everything. Only problem is it is UGLY, body looks half REV half RX1 and the engine looks like a direct copy of the Firecat. In five years they couldn't come up with anything original??????

Don't understand why Yamaha put stripes on all the hoods as that will be the first thing removed. New seats are nice and comfy and the Candy Apple Red is really sharp.

Concerned with the cable that connects the selector to the mono-shock suspension looked flimsy and potentially could be a problem with ice and snow, cat used a braided line on their remote adjust.

Everyone had the same problem can't get a decent price/trade in value on current sled so how do you buy new. Dealers really concerned.

Oil filter change the same bs on RS as on the RX.

New 04 RX1 now going for $6,000 U.S. in Ontario, Warriors $150 more.
Same price as Firecats that listed for $2,000 less. Yamaha has got to do something about dealers dumping sleds, hurting everybody.

Greenmachine: Did you look at the drive belt protection on the mach Z.
Looked to me that if you blew a belt it would take out the side panel &
maybe come through to the rear & damage your left leg (unless they removed some protectors/shields for the show).
I too agree the Fusion doesn't look good, very bulky , I was with 2 polaris riders & they didn't like it either. I noted the fuel was injected on one side of the crankcase & the throttle body was on the other side, somewhat different than the SkiDoo. I did however like the adjustable handlebars on it. All in all a good show to see all the new models & as you indicated it was FREE!!
