Anyone know if 1900mm torsion springs from an 07 Apex RTX would fit a 2010 Nytro XTX?
Thanks

I have Apex springs on mine but I'm not sure what model Apex they came from (bought them from a XTX guy). All I know is they had to be cut to fit.

You need the springs from a Apex MTX to fit on a Nytro XTX, I put a set of 2100 springs on my Nytro XTX this year and made the mistake of ordering in the RTX springs first. The shorter part of the spring that sits on the adjuster block is to short with the RTX springs and they will not work. To install the MTX springs you need to cut a couple of inches off of the longer part of the spring but the shorter side is the correct length.

Thanks for the replies. I was wanting to get rid of my 4-5 inches of sag/bottoming out on the Nytro. I figured I would get the heavier torsion springs or the Linkage kit(plus revalving)from Star Suspensions. Would one be better than the other?

I have the Star suspension and the springs...no more sag. The springs helped but the Star kit solved the problem.

Yes. They fit. All you need to do is shorten the long end that hooks in at the front. I have a set of apex rtx springs in my xtx. I have springs in stock if you need some. Can trim them so ready to bolt right in when you get them.Anyone know if 1900mm torsion springs from an 07 Apex RTX would fit a 2010 Nytro XTX?
Thanks

Stock the xtx rate is 1200 nmm. The heavier option from yamaha on nytro is 1500 nmm. Stock ones from an apex RTX or RS Nytro are 1900 nmm.

Just to clarify so someone is not mislead.
07-09 Apex rtx springs do work if you shorten the long leg.
Nytro rtx springs will not work on xtx skid as the short leg of spring is too short.
