I thought about making my own but purchased a Hygear set on ebay for $30 instead. There's not much to these but for $30 I couldn't see wasting my time making my own.

Stock bushings: 1.75" OD

Hygear bushings: 2" OD

(pull a OEM bushings for the other dimensions)
