Hygear Torsion spring spacers

What would be nice if someone that has experience with the triple rate springs and spacers would pony up some suspension setting that worked for them at their weight. I'm 220 in gear and set my center shock at 10MM preload, mid position on the rear shock compression, medium on one side and hard on the other for the torsion spring preloads, and set weight transfer to mid position. Up front I went with 12mm preload (15mm Gap in spacers) real close to Hygears recommendation, mid position compression dampening and 16 clicks CCW on rebound. This is my starting point can't wait for snow to test!!!

Just installed the torsion spring spacers and i'm impressd w/out even riding it, the sled sits 3/4" higher in the back and springs back nicely when you push down on the bumper, not like before when it would hardly want to rebound. Installing the triple rate springs in the front.

just installed my torsion spring spacers as well as actual torsion springs jumped the stiffness up to 1900 what a world of difference now all i need is snow

Well I just ordered a set of torsion spring spacers and can't wait to put them on. :jump: But I do have a ? Is it an easy install? Will I have to pull the suspension? And if not could someone give me some directions or tips on how they did this. Thanks

1. Support the rear of the sled
2. Undo the front idler wheels to release the torsion springs.
3. Remove the two bolts at the rear of the tunnel holding the rear linkage.
4. Hoist up the back of the sled to expose the torsion spring mounts.
5. Remove springs.
6. Remove existing spacer.
7. Install new spacers.

Then reverse the order from step 5 to reassemble.

If you don't drop the sled on an important body part or your head, feel free to celebrate with an adult beverage.
