Torsion springs

It's a fx
I really dont know what to tell you. Other racers addvise staying away from the race springs. I know others have used hydagear springs but they as well swaped the shocks and/or revalved them.

Revalve your shocks leave the springs alone!

X3!
Shocks are the key.I didnt believe it till I did it.But there should be almost no reason to change the springs and I dont race.I use the springs to set ride height thats about it.I weigh 150lbs and always run springs on low.200-230lb buddy mid. When daughter is on back/240lbs combined high.Only reason I change tension is to keep bumper off the snow.Has nothing to do with bottoming out as long as shocks are working correctly.

ya, i dont think mine are working right. they dont rebound all the way up...ill hop around on it, get off, lets up a little/if any and i have to pull it up the rest of the way...i think im going to get my shocks revalved for a super heavy person soon, then get the fan update...

Mine is same way. Some sag doesnt hurt anything. If you were to remove all the shafts and pivot points, clean and grease all the sag will be gone and suspension will fully extend the instant you get off the sled.Take it for a few rides and it will be right back to sagging. It doesnt change anything except when sled is stopped and you get off of it.I prefer mine to sag since it lowers it and helps handling by being lower.Broken parts also will cause huge sag but that does affect ride.

I feel 4 inches of sag is too much and is something that I would like to fix.
I don't think any kind of valving will fix this. I Believe you guys the race springs are junk but is it possible to find something in the middle?

There is 4position torsion adjusters out there and you could also get the spacers for torsion spring that Hygear sells or make some. One or the other would be something in middle.

ya im gunna look at it today[/code]

Valve you shocks to run in the middle setting then increase or decrease as need. Adding more spring pressure without slowing down the rebound does not end well!!!!!

and i cant vavle my shocks at home right?

no, but there is a guy close to you that is very reasonably priced

http://www.monsterperf.com/contact.html

His name is Ian, he's a nice guy. He'll give you a quote and ask you your weight and riding style. You'll have to take them off and ship them or drive to Albany.

There is also Hygear

http://www.hygearsuspension.com/contact.html

I think they are in 'cuse

I am gonna guess near $150 for both back shocks

There you go they are local otherwise my shock guy is out here in MN
