Totallyamaha/Yamaha 2017 Showcase

I am trying to figure out what event that I should attend. There's this thing, which is a 2.5 hr ride, Wausau sneakpeek tomorrow (1.5 hr trip), or dealer showing locally the next couple of days (15 min to either of them. ) I haven't ever been to the sneakpeek, so didn’t know what to expect. I'm assuming the dealer showing will only have a Sidewinder (which is the main thing I want to see anyway)? Any reasons I should really go to one over the other? Really would've been more inclined to go to the sneakpeek if Arctic cat was there too (could've probably got a couple of others to go with), but don't see them listed.

Great thought but I highly doubt that.. they dont have the control over consumer order selections.

Does anyone know the gearing of the rtx and ltx Sidewinder? That would be some good info.

Chris Reid from Yamaha posted this info regarding gearing on one of his recent blogs:
Steve inquired this morning about SRS gearing so here is what I have (insert disclaimer – ‘specifications subject to change’). RT and LT 129 / 137 inch track, XT and BT 141 x 1.6 /153 x 1.75 all use 9T drivers with 21/41 gear ratios. XT and BT x 2.25 Power Claw uses 8 tooth drivers with 24/50 cogs and the MT uses 7 tooth driver with - See more at: http://snowmobiles.yamahablogs.ca/2016/03/08/the-color-purple/#sthash.7EZhP36S.dpuf

I'm 15 minutes away so I'll be there! Let me know if you need a recommendation for lunch. The Kenosha area has everything from White Castle to Awesome Italian spots.

All,
There are all kinds of hotels in the Kenosha area. Highways 94 and 50.
Yamaha is in Pleasant Prairie, 2 miles away. All the chain restaurants are there as well. Where Tom is staying there is Chancery at the hotel. Mickey's on the highway has great food, beer and people watching. If you like Italian food, you can't go wrong in Kenosha, Villa De Carlo on the Kenosha harbor is nice . The Birchwood Grill on highway 50 has a nice variety. The Brat Stop right across the street is OK.
Hope this helps.
