Just put on a Camoplast Back Country onto my 09 XTX. I thought it was lined up pretty good but learned otherwise today.
Everything is going to the left and the track is rubbing on the LEFT bracket that holds the upper rear wheel.
I have alligned the track and it is nearly perfectly centered and is within 1/32" at the blocks between the two bottom outer wheels on the skid. At least the last two time I ran it and checked.
Also, think it is dumb that yamaha drills out holes in those brackets in the rear so that they have a rough edge which could damage your track and also gives ice somewhere to go!!! Love the sled though!!!
THANKS!

- (1) Track seams like with the extra rubber from being made it is almost 15 1/4" wide, now it is closer to 15 1/8 since it rubbed on the left and wore off the extra.
(2) Measured from the tunnel wall to a tooth on the Avid driver and the Left one is 3/16" closer to the tunnel wall
(3) Measured distance of track to tunnel walls right where the lower part of the track leaves the tunnel on the bottom. It is shifted to the left 3/8 " The gaps are 1/2 on left and 7/8 on the right.
(4) The track is ridding all the way towards the left on the drivers. If it rode centered on the drivers I bet it would be almost be close enough.
- (1) It seems like the track wants to ride to the left of the drivers, is there a way to stop that?
(2) Do I need to move the drivers slightly off center and towards the right?

I just had these same problems. I had to take mine apart three times to get it to track just right. Avid offered some help but Bruce at CB performance offered a lot of good info. I ended up moving my drivers to shift the track over and then made sure the drivers were close enough that the track could only shift back and forth at the most about 1/8 inch. Runs true but a lot of frustration. I can take it apart and put it back together in about a quarter of the time from when I started. Good Luck!

I guess the silver lining will be if I ever have issues when on a trip that I will be able to take it apart and put it back together much faster out in the cold!
that is indeed always an advantage - hopefully you don't need to encounter skid, tunnel or driver problems out on the trail however. . . .
