this is a picture of a finger track, they are for when the snow is more setup not powder, the way i understand it.

i want something like an SRX track, maybe 1" or so.
Here some pics of my Camoplast Predator which is a 1 inch "finger" track and came stock on the 2003 Yamaha RX-1.
And here is that track with 144 Mack studs that I installed last year to help with ice traction/braking.

The track is useless in any thing loose or powder but it's awesome in hard packed trails and very smooth, plus it is light weight which means you will get the best top speed out of the sled which is why they put it on these sleds in 03, they were promoting it as the fastest top speed sled made.
