Ice Attack or Ice Ripper? Which is better and why?
I love my Ice -Ripper XT ,much better than a stock ripsaw because of all the pre-molded studs.240-250 or more studs with 16 scratch lines and its a 1.25in .lugs are a little stiffer because of the studs but just a little.
I cannot comment on the Ice-Attack ,,profile of lugs are different , and its a 1.22in.
I choose the Ripper because of the 1.25in and was similar to the rip-saw for my personal set-up .
I believe you cant go wrong with either.and after 1000mi all studs are still intact ,sharp and lugs are great too.

I would go with the ice attak xt it is based off the new rippsaw 2. i have had the track on for 500 miles so far and it is the best track. I had the ice ripper on for 5000 miles and when i took it off it still looked like new but it was only good on trail, as soon as you went off it would just spin and get stuck. but ice attack xt track is massively better it hooks up extremely well on trail and even tho we don't have much off trail yet it has worked way better then the ice ripper. the .03 difference of lug height is not even remotely noticed.

Well, off trail performance is definitely a factor for me. Thanks for your feedback.
I have an Ice Attack 1.375. x 137. Huge difference off trail. I have about 6000 miles on my second one, still looks good. The first one lasted about 7000 miles, had a couple of chunks taken out of it and some broken lugs.

If it was between these two tracks for me I would go with the Ice Attack being it is based off the Ripsaw II for the better on/off trail traction.

Thanks Guys. I think I will go with the Ice Attack because of the better deep snow performance.
