Installed a used drive shaft with extrovert drivers from barn of parts and now I get a weird track rubbing noise going over bumps slowly. Can feel it in the tunnel too. Almost sounds like a chuck of ice breaking off and getting thrown out of track but I am positive that's not it. Have the track tensioned to 1.5 " with no weight on it. Could it be too lose? I don't see any wear marks or anything underneath.

Found the issue the rail caps on the front hit the extrovert drivers under full compression. Can I sand /cut then down a tiny bit so they clear????

Is this driveshaft a Yamaha shaft with yamaha drivers? Or a yamaha shaft with aftermarket kimpex drivers?

Aftermarket drivers on Yamaha drive shaft. Believe drivers are Whal
I had major problems with a Yamaha driveshaft with narrow black kimpex extrovert drivers that someone added on, if you look at kimpex vs wahl you can see the difference, I could not get the kimpex drivers to work &ended up having a newer style Yamaha shaft with factory extrovert drivers cut down in length to match my original & never had an issue again, just a possibility i dont think the kimpex drivers line up properly so they aren’t timed correctly & cause lots of noise & weird track movement

Think I found the issue is the front of rails tap the whale drivers and full compression. Did some digging on here and found I have to cut my rails 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch and reinstall caps. XTX issue I guess
