track
i have seen this before. this happens when the track is to tight. it would be even worse it you dont have a forth wheel on the rear axle.

Its because that extention kit DOES NOT WORK. I tried the same one myself, and the problem with it is that due to the skid relocation, as you compress the suspension, the track tightens by TWO WHOLE INCHES, which totally prevents the suspension from compressing, and pulls the track down to the main shock. If you check that suspension, I will guarantee that you will find that it does NOT compress beyond the gap in the control rods. Notice any unusual headaches after riding over moguls?

i havent even rode the sled yet because we have no snow, big warm up just b4 xmas ruined our pretty descent trails, was playing on the lakes b4 that so when i got my sled all changed over we had no snow,i do know that the sled set way too hi so i used the stock hole measurements and mounted new points on the relocation kit so all the points match the stock positions just moved back about 4.25",im gonna try that but if if doesnt work im going back to the stock mounting positions for all the rear skid shafts,it will sure piss me off if after all this it doesnt work cause i talked to tom at hartmaninc for 30 minutes about different concerns i had and he assured me it was tried and true, time will tell, anymore info would be great, thanks LB......trevor

Hey 170plus. Is it true that your snow conditions are poor. We are coming up in Mid February and looking to ride with everyone. Ride with June and Co. to Sept Iles we are hoping with be the best ride ever.. Hope you get your sled issues fixed and can't wait to see the set up.
