yea my dad took out the rear axle and filed a tad bit off the adjuster slot and now the tension is alot better and the rear mount arm is in the correct spot.

Took apart the skid again to change out a bogie wheel and found out why the rear suspension mount arm was near strait. I installed the rear shock backwards and the shock body was contacting the mount and not allowing the suspension to open up more. Now that I put the shock in correctly it caused the skid to move forward so slightly and now I have no clearance between the new extrovert drivers and the rail tips. I had to get a set of anti stabs and trim the rail down. Also found I can un clip the torsion spring without taking off the outer bogie wheel, just gotta rotate the keeper forward enough to to get the spring out.
